Jacquard fabrics

This method took its name by Josef Mari Jacquard. He managed to mechanize difficult weaving process of weaving fabrics by hands. France emperor, Nappleon granted the pension to J. M. Jacquard for all his life. In the jacquard fabrics a complex design is created by twisting different color yarns which means, it  became possible to create different designs in different colours in a short time. A distinguishing feature of the jacquard fabrics is their good exploitation characteristics. They are strong, their colours are resistant to fading and mechanical wear.

Chenille fabrics  

This type of fabric contain both dobby and jacquard fabric which are woven of the chenille yarn. The yarn structure is complicated so as the fluffy yarn twists around a  thinner one. The name of this yarn originated from a French word “chenille” which means a caterpillar. The chenille yarn provides upholstery fabric with softness, a fluffy surface creates a warm and comfortable impression.

The chenille fabrics are of high quality, pilling and exploitation resistant.
